One of the main goals for the practice is to get to the point where physicians are doing Geriatrics and Long Term Care 6-9 months of the year, and spending 3-6 months/year out of the country working at Mission Hospitals and helping to teach Family Medicine in developing countries. Right candidate would be someone who is interested in doing the same - working 6 - 9 months here in my practice of Geriatrics, and maybe working several months/year out of the country. We would essentially be sharing 1 or 1.5 FTE positions
