Non-profit Christian ministry in western Indianpolis is seeking a part-time (3 days per week) Primary Care physician to partner with a mid-level provider. The physician hired will provide the full scope of primary care services for the Direct Primary Care patients, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventive care and health maintenance to patients above the age of 2 in both a direct-pay patient setting and in support of a volunteer-based clinic model. Hospital-owned group in southern Indiana is seeking a Family Medicine physicians, OB optional. They have two openings needing a family physician with OB and another physician without OB. Outpatient only positions with inpatient referred to local hospitalists. Well-established practice consisting of 3 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner. Physicians average 18-20 patients per day and will take own call (telephone call only) during the weekdays and have a call schedule of 1 in 3 for weekends. If doing OB, general deliveries only and would follow patients into hospital. Practice averages 80 deliveries annually.
Hospital in northern Indiana seeking to add a second general medical or medical/cosmetic dermatologist to an existing practice; a Mohs surgeon is desired. Average of 24 patients are seen per day and one surgical procedure. Call preference is to take call for you own patients but other options can be discussed. Procedures performed are those that can be done under local anesthesia such as removal of skin cancers, cysts, and abscesses. Currently, the practice does not do Mohs or skin grafts. Office equipment includes Blue U Photodynamic Light Therapy; a Quanta 532/1064 Yg with IPL Laser, and Eclipse Micro Pen for Micro-needling. Staff includes 3 CMA's, Receptionist, and Practice Manager. Depending on experience, a new physician would start with one CMA and eventually add a second. Physician ramp up should be very quick (estimate 3 months) as there is high demand; a local dermatologist just retired; current physician is 5 months out for new patients; 2 months out for a surgical procedure. Current practice hours are M – Th., 8 – 5:00 p.m.; Fridays 8:00 to noon.
A hospital owned practice is seeking a Pediatric provider. Primarily outpatient, but the pediatrician will round on inpatients. There might be 1 or 2 inpatients a week. Their facility only keeps very minor cases there; otherwise children are transferred to the Children’s Hospital in Ft. Wayne. The physician will be a full-time partner in a thriving practice in a small community setting. There is one other full-time Pediatrician and a Nurse Practitioner. The goal is to have a total of 3 Pediatricians. Call schedule is flexible, but all efforts will be made so that call will be shared evenly.
